Is this a freelance job or a full-time role?
No — this is a full-time remote job with our internal U.S.-based agency. You’re not freelancing, bidding, or being placed with random clients. You’re part of our team.
Do I have to go into an office or work onsite?
No. All roles are 100% remote. You’ll work from home, using Slack, Zoom, Notion, and other async tools. We do not require office attendance — ever.
What are the working hours?
We work on Pacific Time (Los Angeles, CA hours) to align with our U.S. clients. This typically means late afternoon to midnight in Pakistan.
💡 We’ll always give you clarity and flexibility — but time zone alignment is required.
Do you pay in USD or PKR?
We pay in PKR, deposited directly to your local bank account every month — no chasing invoices or dealing with PayPal. Compensation is higher than most local agency salaries.
Do you charge any fees to apply or get hired?
Never. There are no fees to apply, get hired, or onboard. We’re not a placement agency — we hire directly into our team.
Do I need perfect English or an American accent?
Not at all. You do need clear written communication and confidence using tools like Slack, email, and Zoom. We value clarity and professionalism — not accents. (Speaking fluently is a plus)
I don’t have agency experience. Can I still apply?
Yes — we value coachability, ambition, and accountability. If you’ve freelanced, worked with clients, or handled digital tasks remotely, you're encouraged to apply.

How soon will I hear back after applying?
